ECCC Logos
ECCC teams and members are free to use the ECCC logo as they wish for any non-commercial purposes. That includes being free and encouraged to include it on team jerseys, casual clothing, websites, printed materials, and so on.
Remember that in general all artwork for clothing or printed materials should use the vector artwork (AI/PDF/EPS/SVG). The raster PNG versions are mostly for website use. If you don't understand the difference between vector and raster forms, you should probably try to get someone else on your team to help you out with designing your team kit...

ECCC Icon
There is also an icon that should be used sparingly but may be useful for for small size, square aspect ratio placements:
