Non-Collegiate Women's Races and Leagues

This page collects links and information about other races and organizations in the region that have a particular focus on ensuring high quality women's events outside of the ECCC seasons. Contact the Website Coordinators to suggest other races or organizations!

Races

• Giro del Cielo (road, NJ, June)
  A two-day road stage race (similar to ECCC weekends) put on by Skylands Cycling and Team Somerset. The Giro is held in late June in northern New Jersey and features separate Women's category 3 and 4 fields. Look for the race to show up on BikeReg in late winter.

Leagues/Series

• PA Women's Cycling
  The Pennsylvania Cycling Assocation's Women's Committee works to coordinate women's races and riders in PA. This includes season long standings and awards for all categories as part of the PA BAR (Best All-Around Rider) team and individual competition.
• NJ Women's Cat 4 Cup
  The New Jersey Bicycle Assocation runs a season long league for women's cat 4 racers. Out-of-state riders are invited to participate as well.
