Held in mid-February, this meeting checks in on road season but focuses on mountain bike, track, and cyclocross.

Both meetings are organized as day-long sessions held on a Saturday or Sunday, with lunch provided. The Fall Meeting is traditionally held at the US Military Academy in West Point, NY or otherwise in the southeast New York area. Yale University in New Haven, CT traditionally hosts the Winter Meeting. All teams are strongly encouraged to have representatives at both meetings.

Annual ECCC Meetings

Every year, the ECCC hosts two formal annual meetings:

• The Fall Meeting
  Held in mid-November, this meeting focuses on significant general issues, Road scheduling and rules, and team building workshops.
• Winter Meeting
  Held in mid-February, this meeting checks-in on the upcoming road season but focuses on Mountain Bike, Track, and Cyclocross.
