Joining the WCCC Paperwork:

Check to see if your college is a currently registered team with USAC by visiting the Current Teams page. If your team is registered, contact your team representative, or club sports to get started in joining your team! Be sure to join the WCCC Google Group for important updates throughout the year.

Apply to USA cycling and contact the WCCC Conference Director.

Collegiate Team Eligibility Form

Hosting Race Weekend Paperwork

A team is eligible to promote a race one year after it has joined the conference. Schools wishing to host a collegiate race must fill out and submit the survey provided by the Conference Director by the date given for each season.

No school may host more than 2 race weekends during any one road/mountain bike season.
