Highland MTB Park, NH
XC, DS, STXC, TR, DH
Northeastern kicks the season off at Highland Mountain Bike Park, combining one of the ECCC's best promoters with one of its best venues. In addition to the extremely popular, technical downhill and dual slalom courses, this race will debut Highland's brand new cross country trails, moving the entire weekend onto the mountain for the first time. Free camping at Highland is also a highlight, with many teams taking advantage of the opportunity to stay and hang out right at the foot of the trails.

XC, DHx2, CHR, STXC, TR
Lehigh's classic weekend, a staple of the ECCC MTB season, returns yet again. Special features for endurance racers include a challenging but not overwhelming XC of almost entirely singetrack, and one of the best, most fluid and exciting STXC courses in the conference. Gravity riders enjoy two days of low cost, high speed downhilling. This year will also mark the third running of the Clusterhuck Relay, in which downhillers and XC riders team up to gain the best time over a short course.

Jiminy Peak & Holiday Farm, MA
XC, DS, STXC, TR, DH
Just to flex their promoting muscles, Northeastern doubles up for a second event this season! After missing them in 2010, this weekend the conference returns to Jiminiy Peak for another technical downhill, and to Holiday Farm for its highly regarded XC trails. This race is central to the whole conference and the venues and promoter well established, so fields are bound to be large---not a weekend to miss!

Highland MTB Park, NH
XC, DS, STXC, TR, DH
The ECCC returns to Highland MTB Park, one of the best venues in the conference! Racers throughout the conference are super stoked to get another crack at some of the best trails and smoothest run mountain in the region. Highland races have broken ECCC MTB participation records for the past two years running, and with everyone now settled in at school and ready to race, this weekend should be similarly huge!

Catamount & Kingdom Trails, VT
XC, DS, STXC, TR, DH
Closing out the 2011 MTB season, UVM will again host the Eastern Conference Championships. The Catamount Outdoor Family Center has hosted ECCC races for several years now, and is well known for its fun courses. For anyone riding there over the summer, the usual ECCC course is permanently marked with green and yellow UVM arrows! Saturday will also feature the Easterns Banquet, at which UVM has always excelled. Sunday's racing will be held on Burke Mountain, part of the Kingdom Trails system. This will be one of, if not the, first race allowed by the Kingdom Trails Association and is sure to be amazing given the quality of those trails. All in all, this weekend is definitely not to be missed!
